Shipping Policy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Glow in Him Jewelry is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order before it can be sent again.

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Glow in Him Jewelry is no longer responsible for the shipment. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, checking with neighbors or household members, and inspecting the delivery area before filing a claim.

Processing & Shipping Times

Most of our jewelry pieces are handmade and made to order, allowing us to carefully craft each item with attention to detail and quality.

Our estimated processing and shipping time is 7–14 business days, although many orders are shipped sooner.

We ship orders 2–3 times per week to ensure every piece is carefully prepared before leaving our studio.

While we make every effort to ship your order on time, Glow in Him Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
